Rent-outs and Collaborations
Are you an organisation or community within Studentlund who wants to collaborate with us and host an event or themed pub?
Events
We love to collaborate with other groups on events! There are nearly limitless possibilities for events, so contact us if you have a collaboration idea! For example, we have collaborated with LAGA for a Super Smash Bros Tournament during our biweekly board game night in HT24 and VT25.

Pubs
We love having groups host themed pubs during our pub nights! Themed pubs often include things like pub quizzes, themed cocktails, and themed food.
If you are interested in collaborating with us for a themed pub contact booking@kalmarnation.nu for scheduling!
If you want themed food, you must contact us at least one month before your event, as our menus are planned a month in advance.
If you want themed cocktails, you must contact us two weeks before your event so we can be sure all the correct ingredients are ordered.
Are you an organisation or community within Studentlund who wishes to rent Kalmar Nation’s space for your own pub night or sittning?
We offer our pub space for rent-outs complete with food and bar service.
We are able to accommodate up to 80 people for sittnings.
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays are available for rent-outs.
