Missed the nomination period but still interested in a position? Counter-propose!

A counter proposal can either be proposing yourself for a vacant position (i.e. a position with less nominees than there are # of posts) or proposing yourself as an alternative to the person nominated. You will then present yourself at the nation meeting and a vote will be taken.
