Kalmargården

Located right in the centre of Lund, there is no better place to live than in Kalmargården. The university as well as the city centre are only a short hop from here. Even better: it is the nation house, so all of our events are held here and our office is also in the same building. No long walks home or to events!

Kalmargården offers four apartments (2 or 1 rooms) and eighteen corridor rooms spread across four floors. All corridor rooms have private bathrooms with a shared kitchen and living area. Neither the corridor-rooms nor the apartments are furnished. The house has a shared laundry-room and a pleasant garden where you can study or relax on a sunny day.

To sign up for corridor rooms, you can apply by signing up for our queue via the form below. About the queue: When signing up for the queue for corridor rooms, please note that we apply a point system in place to benefit active members of the nation. The points are not updated automatically, we therefore suggest that you update your application every term as you gain more points in the queue. If you have not updated your application for 2 years, your place in the queue will be removed.

The point system is as follows:
Member, 1 point per term
Lived in Kalmar housing, 1 point per term
Tjänsteman, 1 point per term
Member of housing board, 1 point per term
Nomination committee member, 2 points per term
Senior, 3 points per term
Foreman, 4 points per term
Kuratel, 8 points per term

Apartments will be announced on our social media (Facebook and Discord) when available. Follow the instructions that are laid out to apply for apartments.
